ECA Italia has devised its own range of inter-company training courses – underway from February to July at ECA’s Milan Offices – which supply regulatory references and operational tools on the subject of the international mobility of human resources.

The “Training Plan” brings together a limited number of companies which, in the course of half-day sessions, can tackle issues aimed at identifying the most effective strategic choices in the management of resources sent, or to be sent, abroad and for foreigners in Italy.
