ECA Italia organizes seminars and workshops in a vast array of issues related to the international mobility of human resources; at individual companies, business organizations, and associations, it holds training days on the problems of international personnel, with particular regard to innovative aspects of the regulations in force, and the interpretation thereof.

ECA Italia also works with universities and organizations on a national level for training programmes or masters in their area.

ECA Italia has recently developed a dedicated department of its own to training activities, through the project entitled “Piano di Formazione 2008” (“training plan 2007”). The objective of this project is to gather few participants of HR Department of multinational companies that, in half-days of work, can discuss issues focusing on the broad array of operational situations has to be faced in the expatriation and international mobility of HR. Piano di Formazione 2008 has been held in Milan from March through July (see Meeting Calendar)
