ECA Italia organises conferences on issues related to the international mobility of human resources. It also develops a new Training Plan every year, subdivided in intercompany courses and Country Focuses aimed at providing useful information for the management of incoming and outgoing expatriate staff.

ECA Italia collaborates with universities in training programmes and master’s courses, and organises ad hoc days at individual companies and industrial associations.
